Fantastic, amazing, professional, prompt, kind, very accommodating company. I contacted Jamal about 10:30 am, I wanted him to check my second floor ac unit, which was not blowing any air at all. He expressed he would have a tech at my home later on that day between 2-5, his tech Andres sent me a reminder that he was on the way at 1:36, he arrived at 2pm sharp. I told him the issues I was having he immediately headed to the unit’s location, within 10 mins he located my issues a busted jammed fan, he also contacted my units manufacturer while he was in process of diagnosing the issues, for warranty coverage, just fantastic!
