I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and J Tech Mechanical was assigned to repair my upstairs Lennox a/c unit which was displaying code “336”.They were out 5-6 times; diagnosed different problems 2-3 times and finally indicated that a pipe connected to the unit, which extends through the roof, needed to be replaced. This was denied by AHS under the exclusion “vents not covered “. We would’ve been out of pocket the $100 service fee, $750 to replace the pipe and would’ve also had to hire and pay a roofer to glue down the pipe extending through the roof. I used Service Express several times throughout the years, and I cannot express how much I appreciate them. Mike and Adam, both Lead Techs, and their crew were awesome. I had several things completed: duct redesign/replacement (all of it), vent cleaning (all 16), and dryer line cleaning. Mike provided a detailed estimate before I agreed to the job. Once the job was completed days later, Mike walked me through everything that was completed. I was pleased in what I saw! The entire crew were respectful, courteous and professional. And Gilbert, the owner, is about the nicest and most respectful person I ever met! I highly recommend their services! They earned a lifetime customer!!
Adam and his assistant came out on Saturday and cleaned my dryer vent. They were professional, respectful, and very efficient. The cost was very reasonable and they had to work in my very hot attic. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them! I plan to use them again and even considering having my tile cleaned.
