More cons than pros for sure. The main office minus a few people need to do better with professionalism and might need training on how to do their job correctly. The upper management needs help! Eric, Renna, Aliyah and the receptionist keep up the Excellent work

I showed up early to get checked in and I'm glad I did. Took about 10 minutes before I got called back to get finger printed (that's how early I showed up so it worked out.) Actual process only took 2 minutes. Lady was gentle and quick.

So I had to visit here for the identogo fingerprinting. I'm in the process of getting my ltc gun permit. I scheduled a online appointment 1 day earlier. I did arrive 20 mins late for my appt but it was no problem. I was in n out in a few mins. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
