The front desk staff was very nice. This was my dog's first time getting groomed, and wasn't afraid of going into the grooming area, so that helped me feel like the energy of the dogs in the back was fairly relaxed/non-distressed.
When I went to pick him up the receptionist tried to get me to purchase the membership before I had even seen how my dog looked, however when I asked if I could see him before I committed to a membership they happily obliged. My dog looked great and he was very excited/did not appear afraid.

We recently took our one-year-old pup, Pluto, to Scenthound for the first time, and my husband and I could not be more grateful for the experience we had. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and completely comfortable leaving Pluto in their care. Jenny, Leslie, Destiny, Cyleste, and Kristal were all incredibly sweet, patient, and accommodating.
