Stay away from this place. Kathy, the owner, came to my house in the Heights for initial consultation ($250 an hour). This was under the assumption she was available after current project wrapping up. Week later she brought contractor out and he reviewed and agreed based on budget could achieve goal for master bath and kitchen. Furniture for house also was part of scope. He was also wrapping up job, but would be available once complete. Hence, the reason Kathy brought him out. Several times tried reaching Kathy, thru her assistant, who did not follow up numerous times. 8 weeks later Kathy now tells me she has a big project in Park City and does not have the time to work... read full review
