I've gone to Stacy Mowery at Sartori Salon for years. I started when I lived in Houston, but I've also made sure and schedule an appointment when I came to town after leaving Houston. I have never been disappointed and I have never failed to get multiple compliments on my hair within hours of leaving the salon. I have naturally fairly dark hair (see my eyebrows) and he manages to get me however blonde I want to be when I want it without any real noticeable damage. My hair is short now, but he was doing the same thing when it was shoulder length and longer. He is massively skilled at what he does and incredibly reasonable too.
