Lidu and the entire Santana were amazing. From day one, Lidu was extremely kind. Consistently going above and beyond in every aspect. Never having needing to go through something like this, she patiently and thoroughly walk us through everything and did so with so much care and empathy. Even on the day of the burial, Mr. Santana himself was amazing. Never hesitated to give kind and encouraging words and never rushed us. Let us sit with our emotions and made our last days as memorable and beautiful as possible. The truth is, very good service, my mother prepared it very well, the attention was very good, both the ladies during the day and those on the night shift. There were mosquitoes but it is normal for the season and opening and closing the door is how they get in, nothing to complain about, excellent service
