Heaven did another amazing job. She takes her time, and she is thoughtful and consistent. The price for a curly cut is steep (as it is everywhere). My hair texture is curly but fine; not everyone knows what to do with that type. I always leave feeling lighter and confident that the grow-out will be just as good as the cut. Heaven is dedicated to perfecting her craft, and it shows. The salon itself is kept clean, and the music is always a vibe. They do not have designated parking, but I always mange to find a spot close enough.

I had stylist Heaven and overall had a good experience. She was about 15 minutes late, but she apologized for the wait which I appreciated. Since I was a new client, she took time to ask questions about my hair routine, the products I use, and even recommended techniques to better care for my hair. She was both personable and professional throughout the appointment.
The only downside was toward the end while I was under the dryer. She only checked on me once, and I had a question about some flaking after drying but couldn’t find her, so I ended up putting a little water on it myself. Once I saw her again, she helped by applying serum to fix it.
This was my first time visiting Salon Rose and first impressions is giving boutique VIP! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Travonna was my stylist and she was the best! She listened and helped me understand my hair needs. I highly recommend this salon.
