No price transparency. Prices increase every appointment, but service is the same. Corey has become very arrogant, but life has a way of humbling you, so watch how you treat people.

I was serviced by Corey at this salon. Before my appointment, I'd been annoyed with the stylist because he was unresponsive and rescheduled my appointment twice. He did not properly wash my hair; there was buildup all through my scalp. He did not correctly blow dry my hair and proceeded to flat iron hair that was still wet as it was making loud popping noises upon applying heat, and when he cut layers into my hair, he did not take time to check that my natural hair was being cut as well. I was very frustrated and unhappy with my service end-to-end. Even after he was done, my hair was still slightly damp, and my roots frizzed immediately after the service. I do not recommend this Salon. My first visit with Corey was good, my bill was $532, and I left a tip. I still don't know what I paid for. On this last visit, my 4th, my bill was an additional $150 from all the previous visits. Horrible Customer Service by the salon owner. And the way he treats his staff is awful.Services: Hairstyling
