Ruby Jewelry is the real deal, and Quinn is hands down one of the best jewelers in town. I actually drive from Richmond, Texas just to see him because the service and quality are worth it every time.
Quinn recently fixed my Franck Muller watch, and the work was excellent. Attention to detail, careful handling, and professional craftsmanship. He also replaced batteries in several of my other watches quickly and efficiently. When it comes to watch batteries and most watch repairs, Quinn is your guy.

This Shop was great to work with, they asked us how we wanted our Jewelry pieces be designed. And, if it wasn't done correctly done, they would email over pictures showing, exactly how the Emerald Necklace, Pearl Necklace and many more items should be accurately be designed. Mrs. Ruby designed it just like we wanted !!!. Incredible workmanship, excellent client service. A Friend referred me to Ruby Jewelry Store. And, I'm so glad that, I have a place to go to for my Jewelry replacement and Jewelry repairs needs ????.
I stopped by Ruby for first time today with my vintage necklace with broken clasp. Expected to leave it for repair. They fixed while I waited & when I asked what I owe, she said “see you next time”! In this world of poor customer service -what a 5 STAR experience ! Thank you Ruby Jewelry, I’ll definitely be back for sure.
