They went out of their way to help, even though there were transportation issues and missed appointments. However, the seating upholstery at each station had soiled, over-worn upholstery, which is very noticeable. There was also a good long wait and therefore an expensive parking rate as a consequence.

I normally have a excellent experience at this clinic. This wasn't the case this time. My vision is changing, it's like knowing your body period. Dr Lee I found out was retiring and he's been such a good doctor for me and has always answered any questions and made sure that I understand. This visit was off. I explained to the tech that I was having light seizures and couldn't take the vision test because it would seem like I'd gone to sleep but wasn't. This was my first visit to this clinic and was really happy was the interactions with the staff in all areas. Dr K is a winner in my book.
However, whoever is responsible for keeping the seating in order, is out of order. Each station, Blue/Green whatever, had soiled, over-worn Upholstery. It's very noticeable. Get that cleaned up and you get 5 stars in my book!
