Took my garment and explained the stains to one of the ladies at the front desk, she assured me that they would be very gentle and as careful as possible. Since the dress was pleated, she explained that we might loose the pleats due to the cleaning process . To my SURPRISE the stain was removed and was able to keep the pleats in place as the original garment. River Oaks you are my #1 go to cleansers moving forward… thank you!
