I paid for the top of the line wash at Rich’s car wash and my truck STILL came out with dirt on multiple panels. For the price they charge, I expected a clean vehicle, not something that looks like it was rinsed with a garden hose from 20 feet away.
The underbody wash might as well not exist—it doesn’t touch anything. They “pre-spray” the truck, but only on ONE SIDE because apparently walking five steps to the other side is just too much effort for the staff. For the price, I shouldn’t have to finish the job at home.
The floor mat cleaner? Completely broken. Just takes your money and does nothing. And don’t waste your time or cash on their “spray wash with hand dry” either. They literally hand dry the truck and STILL miss huge areas. I shouldn’t have to point out dirt spots like I’m grading kindergarten art projects.
We might live in Rocket City, but it’s not rocket science to wash a vehicle. If Rich’s can’t figure that out, maybe they should stop charging space-program-level prices for Dollar Store results. Overall: bad experience, won’t be back, and I’d recommend others think twice before wasting their money here.

We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!

Simple payment, quick but excellent car wash. The vacuum supplies work great. Makes for a quick carwash chore, and easy even for an older lady.

Guy at pay station made me mad but know its not his fault, owner fault no doubt. Greedy businesspeople. I am saving $$$ badly.

Jack did an amazing job on my car! He was informative when I was trying to decide which car wash I wanted. He also wiped my car & shined my tires. My car has never been so cleaned. He was also super nice and offered excellent customer service.

The car was does well enough, but it's interior cleaning area that gives this place 5 stars. The vacuums have pretty high suction and get the dirt out of difficult places. It's why I prefer this location compared to the others.

Received a coupon for a free graphene wash and it was great. So great that I went to their website to sign up for a plan but unfortunately the website does a very poor job of explaining what each membership package includes and after spending several minutes trying to find the info. I just decided to leave the website...
