Great service and quality work. My shoe heel fell off today due to wear and I brought it here because they are open til late. The owner quickly attended to me and gave me multiple options for my shoe. He quickly took them outback and started to work on them. Price was reasonable and I’m happy with the quality of work.

Got custom boots here and am very pleased ?. Would come back again and again. Abraham is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and attentive. This made it very easy to work with him. And I was very particular about the fit and style of the boot and he exceeded my expectations.
Once I tried the boots midway, I knew I couldn't go back to my regular shoes. The fit was perfect and some adjustments can be made in the future.
I will always refer everyone in need of a cobbler or boot maker to Richmond Shoes.
