I have been a been a customer for over 20 years. I trust the owner, a small family owned business who personally takes care of his clients.. he repairs and cleans expensive rugs and does an incredible job. I trust them implicitly. And, highly recommend. He comes quickly and prices fairly. With the advent of writing reviews over the years I am just now learning new ways of telling others. I highly recommend.
