REALLY great; did 10 sessions with rt quad focus and low back secondary. Snae (PT) listened and gave great tips for form when doinr exercises. My back is better BUT my right quad appears to be able to start getting strength through weight training- avoided all except light weight on leg and appears ready to go..

I was working with Results Physiotherapy to address shoulder pain. From my first visit the entire staff is very friendly and attentive. Sneha my therapist took time to clearly understand where the pain was coming from and what limitations I was experiencing due to the pain. She helped me learn many exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles and stretches and self-massage techniques to help relieve tension in the muscles ultimately reducing and eliminating the pain. Over 8 weeks my shoulder and supporting muscles have made tremendous progress and I can perform the work and life tasks that were painful to do before I visited Results Physiotherapy. Today was my first visit with a PT at this office. I have chronic conditions and medical anxiety and I was really anxious going in. I have been in PT for years so switching providers was terrifying. I will say from the first phone call I made until I left my first appointment, everything was so smooth, friendly, professional and everyone helped ease my anxiety. I did dry needling and I was surprised at how well it went. I am looking forward to continuing my care here!! I cannot stress enough at how nice and helpful everyone was and took the time to listen to all of my medical history and concerns.
