NVC Braeswood has taken excellent care of my kitty, Half Pint! They’re professional, caring, and prompt with appointments. I appreciate the fact they truly care about pets and their owners. Any questions I have had, they answered and solved any issues that arose. It’s rare to find such wonderful customer service, but this place and their staff are gems!
I would highly recommend taking your fur baby there. The vet is competent, friendly, and great to chat with. It’s clear she values each and every patient. The office manager is knowledgeable and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure each client has a good experience.
Dr. Howard is the only vet I trust for my beloved golden retriever, Jack! She clearly cares deeply about his health and is extremely attentive to his overall well-being. She's super fast to respond if I ever have an issue. His neuter surgery was smooth sailing and Dr. Howard kept me well informed and updated the whole time. And she's not afraid to tell me if I'm accidentally letting him get a little too fat! Their tech, Faith, is super friendly and Jack is always excited to see her. She always seems very knowledgeable, caring, and capable. They handle him gently even when they need to be a little more firm to administer his shots. Jack is always excited to visit!

We were in for the Bordetella vaccine for my dog Grace. She is very antisocial and and gets a little anxious when visiting the vet. The care by the technician was outstanding. She let Grace get out all her concerns (barking) and was very patient with her. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!!!
