Terrible customer service. It literally took 2 months to schedule an appointment. I still haven't gone to the appointment cause it's like 3 weeks from now but if I get good service there I will be changing this review. For now, if you're in a hurry for a massage, keep looking... And don't buy any non-refundable, time-sensitive promotions. Update: so the appointment I managed to set up was cancelled on my way to the place because the city was working on something and there was no running water which I can understand. I don't understand how it says permanently closed on the Internet yet they are still trying to schedule people? Worst experience with customer service ever. Bought a +$100groupon in April that expired May12th. Spent over a month trying to schedule an appt and no one contacted me back. They called 1st week of May and we scheduled for May18th at noon because it was the soonest appt and they offered to honor the groupon. They called me at 9am THE MORNING OF my appt to cancel. Since then they have refused to answer or return any calls or emails. I scheduled a couples massage using Groupon. The scheduling was quick and easy. We were massaged by Faith & Leticia. They were excellent. We were offered mimosa's and chocolaty treats. I highly recommend this place.
