On 5 star rating system, I give John 10 stars. He took so much time to offer good solutions to my problem , I was starting to feel guilty! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The BEST tech/customer service support I’ve ever had.
John made me feel like he was right there next to me solving my jacuzzi problem. Professional customer service! Walked me through the phone during the whole process and great follow up!
John B. was excellent to work with. Our church order a baptismal heater about a year ago and we just started to install it. I had a couple of questions on the installation (it was after normal business hours) that he was most helpful with and we had a issue in our first test and got ahold of John and his first suggestion was what we needed to do to have the heater work properly. I would highly recommend John B. If you have any questions or issues.
