Not exactly sure how I ended up with these guys since I called magnolia chimney sweepers but either way Jeremy showed up and was really nice. His prices were not the same as I was quoted over the phone by magnolia chimney sweepers but he did find some issues that needed to be addressed. I thought I was gonna get a chimney cleaning. $1000 later he finished up the job and got everything fixed. Not sure that what was done in the amount of time it was done was worth $1000. I’ll be shopping around for someone else for sure.

Do not Call them. Highway robber and I stupidly aggreged to the price. Two guys show up, Cleaning $149 I am okay with the cleaning price but to patch the firebox and the Chimney cap was $5500. It took them 30 minutes. Shame on them and me. I should of just told him to clean the chimney and waited. And a 10% credit card charge.

Hired priority home services for a repair on a gas fireplace. Very good service for a fair price. Owner contacted me before his technician arrived and the technician also kept me informed of his arrival time. The technician was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company.

I called to make an appointment and my appointment was rescheduled three times. I should have known then that the service I would receive would not be up to par. When the service technician came he only worked outside which is different than people I know who have had their ducts cleaned and the technician comes in behind the dryer. He worked outside and put the air duct cleaner pipe in and swirled it around for less than 15 minutes and said he was done. I was shocked that all that work would be done so quickly. He left the fluff that he removed from the dryer on the ground and I had to pick up myself. Days later my dryer would not dry clothes properly, so I assumed something was wrong with it, I had a technician look at it and it was not my dryer. It turned out that the fluff left in the line was collecting steam and blocking the air duct to let the air out. My husband and I pulled out chunks of wet fluff. I gave the company a call and sent an email with pictures of all the fluff I had collected to show them the job had not been done properly. I did not receive calls back in a timely fashion. It has been two weeks since this happened and I was trying to talk to the manager so we could come up with a solution. After speaking with a front desk worker today, she told me I would not get a refund and that the technician had told me my pipes were not up to code. I do not understand why they would’ve done the work on a pipe that had to be fixed. So, all in all, I spent $227 for 15 minutes of work that was not done properly and the company does not stand behind their work.. Having the fluff stuck is dangerous. And furthermore, doing work on pipes that are broken does not make sense. SCAM ALERT!! Their model is to convince you that you need your ducts replaced - HVAC and Dryer. Let me explain. I called the company asking to have my dryer vent cleaned. The person I spoke with recommended having my AC ducts also cleaned. They do a combo deal for only $169 (or something like that). I agreed to it. When they called to confirm my appointment the day of, they stated "AC duct cleaning." I got a little suspicious at that point since my actual request was for the dryer vent. When the technicians came to my home, I repeated "dryer vent cleaning" and they went straight for the AC. I just purchased the home and knew from my inspection that there is a high AC temp differential. An AC tech I know told me that the filter is most likely heavily clogged and nothing else wrong with the system so for I to check it. (He also recommended going ahead and cleaning the vents but suggested switching my appointment to Stanley Steamers, btw. but I didn't.). Anyway, the techs pulled the air filter out and it was 100% blocked! Like 3 years' worth of lint!! I was relieved that the issue with this system was so simple. That's when the tech showed me pictures inside the duct telling me there is mold growth and that some idiot had sprayed killz on top of it... I reviewed the pictures displaying complete trust in what he was saying. The entire time I was laughing inside because all he showed me was some lint and dust in the ducts. Nothing conclusive of mold, but yet, without saying the word mold, told me the vents need to be replaced. (ya right!) So, I let him write up his quote for the duct replacement. Then they went for the dryer vent... This is even more comical... They turned on my dryer and went outside to find where it vented out. They checked one side of the building and reported they could not find it. The one vent on the wall where it should be is for my upstairs neighbor. I let them know my inspector said that was my vent. They said he must be an idiot. They went to the other side of the building to look. Came back saying it was not there either and went back out to search. Meanwhile, I grabbed my own ladder and went to the location of the first external vent. Climbed on the ladder and put my hand up to the vent... Funny enough, hot air was blowing out of it! I hurried back inside before they returned and didn't say anything. They told me they could not find the vent. It must be vented to the roof therefore they cannot clean it. I paid the service cost and even gave them a 10% tip for being soooo obvious that this was a SCAM. I will not be using their services EVER in the future!

10.24.22 First I am going to say the phone number I called for was for Chimney Cleaning - Hockley not for Priority Home Services. Some how we ended up with Priority Home Services doing the work. We hired them come out to clean our chimney before we need it. The 2 men (one was named Jeremy) they sent out did a good job on the cleaning but they needed to come back the next week to fix a problem at the top of the chimney. Now onto their next visit. The same 2 guys showed up. Within 15 minutes of them being there Jeremy left to go get something they needed from the hardware store. (He was gone for almost 2 hours) The other guy continued to work on the chimney until he could not do any more. Then he just sat on our roof for almost 2 hours. He walked to the top of our roof and was talking on the phone and taking photos from up there. Jeremy finally returned and they both started fixing the chimney repair. They were using wood and I guess he did not buy enough from the store so he had to cut a piece of the rotted wood and use that. Really!?! Then they started to use cement and damn were they messy! The cement was everywhere, on the roof, on our patio, on the grass, INSIDE the gutter. My husband had to clean up behind them when they left. There was so much cement inside the gutter that it would have blocked the hole completely up. We were very disappointed with the service they provided that day. First - Have your supplies you need for the job you are going to. Second - this is someone's house you are working on. Be respectful of their property. (Don't climb all over there roof) Third - Leave their property like you found it or better. (Clean up behind yourself, DUH) We do not recommend this company or companies at all. The stars are for the cleaning service only and since we had such bad service on the second visit it takes away from the first visit. -BTW we are still cleaning up cement from them.

Used PHS to install new ducts and insulation. Had a total of 4 quotes and decided to go with them after reading about their reviews and then speaking with Orel over the phone. He was awesome! Very responsive, knowledgeable and gave me a competitive quote relative to the other companies I was looking at. The supervisor, Jeremy, oversaw the entire job and I felt taken care of for the entire project. The insulation and duct work took 2 complete days and Jeremy communicated with me every step of the way. Cant say enough about him! He left the attic looking brand new as he removed all of the junk from the previous owner and properly hung the ducts relative to what they looked like from before. I would highly recommend working with this company. I fully plan on using them moving forward for all HVAC and related services as my one stop shop. I had my fireplace inspected and repair after 20 years of non-use. The service and price for the service were excellent and now my family can stay safely warm during cold snap power outages.Priority also spent the time to educate me the reason for any repairs. I now know more about my fireplace and how to maintain it than ever before.

This is the second time I have used Priority Home Services and they are consistent in their pursuit for quality work at a reasonable price.Earlier in the year, they cleaned my air ducts, and made them look brand new. My system no longer has growth occurring or expensive air leaks. Recently I brought them back out to add additional insulation in my attic. It was blown in perfectly for even coverage and they were quick to complete the scope of work. My electricity bill has noticeably improved since.This company is memorable, because they are committed to doing right by their customers and standing by the quality of their work.
