After linking up with Jason, I shared what we were looking for and our need didn't quite fit the typically timeline for ordering, building and installing a new door. Jason jumped thru hoops to help us meet our timeline and was able to beat our expectations as well as the target date! I can't say enough about the over the top customer service as well as the installation crew. Installing a new door is a dirty task and can make a mess after drilling etc., this crew ensured the work area was protected while they worked and then left it as clean as before they started....and the new door looks great!
This is my second time to use Primo Doors and they keep getting better and better. Once again, they were very patient with me in picking out my door and hardware and I never once felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. When the door was delivered, the workers did a great job installing the door. They were very meticulous in leveling the door for a perfect fit.
