I signed up for Bug & Insect Extermination as well as Rodent Exclusion. Baruc Morales did a great job... He was very thorough and took the time to talk with me and explain a few things about strategy to get rid of pests. ..I was hoping the quarterly price would would have been lower but maybe this is a reasonable price in today's economy....5 stars for Baruc!!! Job we'll done!
Although there are many pest control services in the Houston area, we have used presto-X since 2009 without interruption. One of the reasons we have never thought of switching companies are their technicians who are always professional and courteous. Over the past years we have had the pleasure of dealing with Salim Merchant who has been taking care of the bug & insect extermination services. Salim is very personable and always willing to answer questions. In brief, he does a great job. If you are shopping for a pest control company, I hope you get lucky and get someone like Salim as your technician.
Baruc Morales was my inspector and did a thorough job; explained everything he did, and reminded when my next inspection would be. Thank you for your quick attention to my concern.
