October 30 2025 A very large raccoon invaded my attic home in West Houston. ZEKE is my tech at Southwest. He brought a trap and set it in backyard. That nite he trapped this critter and promptly removed it. Thank you to ZEKE and to the team at Southwest -- I am 20 year customer -- great people.
Came out right away for suspected termites. Did an inspection and verified - so did another company but they wanted only photos never sent an inspector. Technicians came a couple days later, showed up on time, treated in 2 hours (no tent!), said they's come back if I saw any problems. Decent price.
For their quarterly pest control, I will happily give a 4-5* review however when we had them treat our garage/attic for rats, it was wholly unsatisfactory. They must subcontract out because on the 2-3 occasions I would call and voice concern at the quality of the service, the person on the phone never attempted to remedy the complaint, simply said they guarantee they will send someone out again. The gentleman who came to quote it for us was very knowledgeable and gave a great diagram of where they would provide “exclusions”. After that, the experience was downhill. We were told it would be a visit of about 4 hours and two guys to set traps and secure the house. They...read full review
