Truck driver here and the staff at all locations I’ve delivered too have been very friendly and understanding. The shipper at Pella/Burris Windows tend to take awhile and I end up being late for all the deliveries (apologies) but they seem to understand and I am docked and usually unloaded right away. Unloading takes a while but because nothing is on pallets so understandable. This location was a little tight to get into and super busy but enough to back in. Exit can be tough because heavy traffic passing by so be careful. Thanks guys

My initial experience with Power Home was terrible. Too many mistakes, destroyed property, and poor screen installation. Other issues include laying the responsibility of replacind damaged property on me. One day a guy named Dylan showed up. After talking with him, he listened, spoke with his supervisor, and came out and fixed and rectified everything. If Power continues to employee people like Ethan, I will definitely recommend them. 4 stars for Power due to past issues 5 stars for Dylan who has been a rock star.

The product is amazing and the install was seamless. We loved the communication throughout the whole process as well. The windows are already making it cooler in the house and look so good! Thanks power!
