While visiting family in Houston, I wanted to take my sisters for a pedicure. I made us an appointment the day before, and we were seated immediately upon entering the salon. The space was clean and inviting, with plenty of polish options to choose from, and staff was extremely thorough. We all did the Milk & Honey pedi, and it was phenomenal. My feet were in especially bad shape after months of cold, dry winter weather in Michigan, and they look so refreshed now. The complimentary mimosa was the perfect icing on the cake. What a lovely experience - I can't wait to return on my next trip!

This place took me in before closing without any issue. I was turned down from my usual spot across the street with a whole hour before they closed, and was stunned because it’s holiday season. Polished Nail Lounge easily made this exception and the staff was VERY POLITE. Any request was taken with upmost respect and they were super receptive which I greatly appreciated as I was frazzled trying to make this time after work. I am a healthcare worker that just doesn’t have the time… so this was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jade and Janet ?

I recently started coming here after having to endure to find a new place that I liked since my nail technician moved away. I usually shop at krogers across the street so I said what the heck just try it out. I loved it! I found me a new nail technician named Sam who is so nice and does an amazing job on my pedicures. The atmosphere is relaxing, it's usually quiet which is nice and calming after a stressful day and having a glass of champagne just hits the spot. The only thing I don't like which has nothing to do with them is the parking. It gets packed and it's small. I had to park across the street one time. So I suggest getting here early to find parking.
