House wouldn’t properly cool, so called Polar Air after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. Came out, did some tests, found the leak, gave me a clear estimate and discussed availability of parts and timeline. Called the day before to confirm and called again day of to let me know when the tech was about 30 minutes out. Olson showed me exactly the part that had failed and was patient with my questions. Will definitely use in the future.

I have been a customer for years. The service and advice have been excellent. I tried another company with big market share and reputation for a few years and they were incompetent, which ended up being expensive. They charged for every visit even when they were fixing their own mess. So, I have returned to Polar Air : trustworthy and competent. I feel like I’m part of their family.
