I’m 68-years of age; yet, Krystal Thomas causes a feeling and attitude of Youthfulness for me every instance in which I afford myself the pleasure of her expertise with my hair. Soft, supple and garnering unending compliments is the norm when my hair has been cared for by Krystal. I reside on one (1) end of Houston and Krystal’s salon is on the extreme opposite end of the city. I found Krystal on Groupon when searching for a deal on a facial. I most definitely received a great deal and more! This was my first facial, Krystal was very accommodating. Very knowledgeable, and extremely kind. She talked me through the facial and answered every question I had. I've only ever used extremely natural, non-chemically based products on my face and she made me feel at ease with the line she uses. She did light microdermabrasion and a very light chemical peel to help with my inset black and white heads. My skin looks rejuvenated, and revitalized. I'm extremely satisfied with her customer service and my results!

I first went to Crystal for my mom to get her hair done. After I saw how fabulous my mom's hair was, I got my hair done for my wedding. I will not let anyone else touch my hair to this day. She knows how to take care of my natural hair which makes me even more comfortable with her skills. Not only does she do a good job on your hair, she creates a good personal relationship with her clients as well. She keeps me laughing and gives good advice on situations that can occur in anyone's life. I 100% recommend this salon!
