I travel a lot and PF always have what I need. Except the customer service at this location. Barley or did not speak the few times I went, and did not even acknowledge that I had a guest. So We walk straight in without scanning. Employees here need to be more aware of who coming in.

I had a very disappointing experience with my training appointment at this location. I arrived early, but the trainer made me wait an extra 15 minutes because she was still working out. When we finally started, she didn’t ask me anything about my goals, issues, or what I was looking to learn. I told her I wanted help using the weights, but she just had me do the 30-minute circuit — something I already do all the time.
Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and the entire session felt like a waste of time. I left without learning anything I actually needed help with. Planet Fitness usually has great service, but this experience really missed the mark.

Joining Planet Fitness was by far, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, concerning my health. Everyone is so pleasant at PF OST. I have been to PFs across the nation & PF OST in Houston is truly my favorite. Kevin is a stupendous manager & under his guidance, the staff make it all seem so seamless! Good times!

Decided to drop in for a workout while I was out of town. Newer equipment and clean facility. Was very happy.

I was very happy when this gym opened at this location. The number of machines and cleanness has been great. However I hate that recently this location is no longer 24 hours and now closes at midnight. I was very sadden about that. None the less, This location is great. Customer service is also great.
