The staff members are polite, professional, and always ready to assist, creating a friendly atmosphere especially appreciated by women. The gym opens on time and maintains equipment in good shape, making it a comfortable place for routines. Black Card members can access extra benefits such as wellness pods, hydro massages, and tanning for an additional $15 per month. The no-judgment environment encourages individuals of all shapes, ages, and ethnicities to thrive together. Although no diet sports drink options are available for purchase, the overall experience is positive, and many find this location to be a great choice for improving fitness in a friendly setting.
I used this location for almost a year in addition to fitness connection and blink. Of any of my gyms, it was always the cleanest, and most reliable in terms of hours. The staff & manager were always nice and they were slowly beginning to expand their free weight equipment location - Calf raise, hack squat, and hip thrust machines amongst others.
It will always be someone to greet you here very helpful if something needed replaced they was on it but it got to be the same cleaner for the others cause the i ever see is mopping the curtains never get changed some hot and the other takes a while
Hats off to Roxanne who was working this past Sunday 10/5/25. I loved her passion for the gym and the time she took to help me understand and navigate using the PF App. She also gave many tips for healthy living and she made using the BF spa much easier than when I come in mornings .
She is a real gem. I do like the gym and it's amenities.. just joined 3rd week of September after a decade long hiatus fm being a member with any gym (Ballys, Dynamic Fitness, Blast Fitness which ALL 2 once was the brand gym In the Same Space here on N Shepherd where Planet Fitness is now.
I think I will be a lifelong member and visit other locations that have more amenities...read full review
