I went to Charlie on Tuesday and got a short wolf cut/mullet! I've been getting so many compliments and people asking where I went. My hair has been very curly since then! I've even been asked if I got a perm lol.While the price is pretty high for your first haircut, I find it way more justified than other places. When you leave, you are given a list of recommended hair products, clips, and a choice of a bonnet/pillow case if it is your first haircut.

My experience at planet curls as a POC with 3B curls, I had a great first hair cut here! Charlie cut my hair and I felt like I’d never had a stylist talk to me about my curls the way he was able to! I really liked that throughout the hair cut he was like this is how your hair should feel and look at each step of my routine. My hair ended up being a little shorter than I was hoping for, but he did a great job of explaining to me exactly why he needed to take off the length and ultimately that was exactly what I wanted for a stylist here in Houston! I went in for my first curly cut and it was the most comfortable experience I've ever had getting a hair cut. Gerri was so nice and patient, she really listened to my wants and concerns. Ashley was so informative, and answered every question I had throughly. I wont be going anywhere else
