I dropped my iPhone off at Phone Ambulance in the Medical Center to get the back glass repaired. The gentleman there was really helpful and did a great job. I was even able to grab some lunch next door and pick the phone up afterwards. Very handy, especially if you work in the Med Center.

After an unfortunate incident in which my phone was chewed up by a large bulldog, I took it to another phone repair place and aftrer $300 ended up with a phone with a broken front camera and a dysfunctional screen. Phone Repair Ambulance, for much cheaper, fixed their mistakes, updated the screen, fixed the front camera, and offered a warranty on their repair as part of the purchase. Very happy with this service and would go here again.

If I could give them a negative star I would. They didn’t offer to help us out at all with a phone we bought. After 3 days the phone crapped the bed. It wouldn’t charge at all, or even turn on . we were told by a local phone company that the motherboard was fried. we weren’t able to make it to Houston (we live 5 hours away one way and wasn’t going to drive 10 hours for a phone) until 31 days, which they said it had no warranty anymore. Would never buy a phone from them again, customer service sucks. They could have Atleast tried to make it right.
