I have been with Phenix Salon Memorial City for 3 years + and I have had an amazing experience. There aren't many places that you get to be hands on with the owners. They are very helpful and prompt when help is needed. Always friendly and making sure we have a peaceful atmosphere. They also keep us in the loop with all events, articles and benefits that come with being apart of The Phenix Salon family. I hope I continue to grow with the business and someday have my own franchise with the company as well.
Ross Wood (Hair Revival by Ross) always does an amazing job and is so fun to be around! He pays close attention to detail and will listen to what his clients want. I always look and feel amazing after visiting Ross!
Natalie is the best! She makes the client very important, she listens to them & the effect they're wanting for their hair & makes sure the color & cut are perfection. After seeing what she can do with my sister's & niece's hair I won't let anyone touch my hair again. It doesn't get any better than this?
