Found this vet on Reddit and the people don’t lie! Dr.Pappan is very nice and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares for the animals. We found a kitten on a road with a fractured leg, the first vet we took him to referred us to GCVS and they quoted us $7000 over the phone without even checking out the kitten’s actual condition. Took the kitten to Petworks and Dr.Pappan offered a better solution that saved us $7000! The kitten is healing on his own, thriving and running. With that being said, I highly recommend Petworks Express. They actually want your pets to get better and not just hurting your pocket.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pappan and the entire team—they were truly a godsend. From the moment I walked through the door, I could feel the difference compared to other clinics I’d visited. The staff is not only incredibly caring but also efficient and professional.
Dr. Pappan is exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks to their expertise, my cat's condition turned around completely. They knew exactly what steps to take for a full recovery.

Found them via online low-cost clinic list. Was kind of cautious from the other reviews on here, but they are all very very friendly/informative!
They really know how to take care of animals. Dogs/cats included! Front desk receptionist is super friendly and the vet assistant is very helpful. Loved the doctor as well. I did have to reschedule once, because I was late for the drop off time for surgeries, but that’s on me! I absolutely adored that they took in a stray cat in replacement of my absence! Every minute matters and I give them respect for that.
