It's my favorite place to go for eyebrows! She does a great job, and so does (I think) her mom on Friday. She's in the El Ahorro Supermarket. Sometimes, they only take cash because their system is down, so just be prepared to have cash in case.

Evelyn has been doing mines and my mom eyebrows for almost a year. She's GREAT! She knows brows and whatever shape you currently have and she also listens to what you want as a customer. She's currently available on Sunday's only, and that's the only time I go.
