PennComp LLC provides expert, efficient, and knowledgeable service. They are friendly, diplomatic, and patient, even with difficult technical problems. The service is superior, accurate, timely, and intelligent, from design to support and billing. They are quick to respond, troubleshoot needs, and solve all problems with persistence and grace. Customers find them head and shoulders above other vendors and highly recommend them.
Mark was great to work with. Took him a minute to figure out what was going on, but there is no way that any other person would have figured out what 365 was doing to their email without the expertise of the PennComp team. Love having access to a team of people that always bat a 1000!!!!
PennComp always helps me very quickly. If they have to circle back, it's not long at all until they do, but usually they are able to just solve the problem then and there. Couldn't ask for more.
Expert, efficient, fully skilled and knowledgeable, and exceptionally diplomatic when dealing with/managing the self-avowed Ignorant Client. I am miserable to work with, have negative tech skills and am easily frustrated. The good people at PennComp have yet to utter anything even approaching the absence of courtesy, nothing but quiet patience, skills and grace, and a seemingly inherent ability to solve all problems in very little time.
