Expert, efficient, fully skilled and knowledgeable, and exceptionally diplomatic when dealing with/managing the self-avowed Ignorant Client. I am miserable to work with, have negative tech skills and am easily frustrated. The good people at PennComp have yet to utter anything even approaching the absence of courtesy, nothing but quiet patience, skills and grace, and a seemingly inherent ability to solve all problems in very little time.

Penncomp's service is superior. From design to support and finally billing, they provide accurate, timely, intelligent and human service. I've worked with a variety of vendors over the years and Penncomp are head and shoulders above them.
