Richard was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my wife's laptop. He went out of his way and had it fixed the same day. Upgrading the hard drive made it faster and my wife and I are very much pleased. Thank you very much, Richard and Aurora, for your great service.

My HP laptop froze up, nothing I tried would work. I took it to Caltech and 2 hours later it was up and running perfectly. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I was about to give up on my laptop because it ran so slowly but Richard and Aurora got it back into working shape and it has never run this well. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is unmatched. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
