I called another company out first to look at my roof, they informed me that I had wind damage, I called my insurance company out, they denied the claim, I informed the other company, they offered me a 10% cash discount, I called PCG and spoke with Lance he was not very talkative, not a salesman at all like the other company he came out looked at my roof, we contacted the insurance company together, I have no clue what he told them, they paid!!! He’s awesome, saved me $14,000

These guys were amazing, my insurance company wanted to pay $2400 for a repair, Lance got involved and he pushed them to pay for a full replacement, he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, I had no clue how insurance companies try to take advantage of homeowners, I’ve never filed a claim in my life, he guided me through the whole process
