In June 5th I had a manicure and pedicure done before my cruise which left on June 7th. While boarding the ship I looked down and two of my toes had no polish. I wasn’t happy but oh well. I took pics and today I visited to get mani and pedicure done While checking out I explained to the manager what happened and asked for a discount today on my pedi and he refused. I love the people who take care of me. They are great and I tip them well. This so-called manager doesn’t have a clue. I see why reviews are so bad. A few bucks off would have made the difference.
Real tea and no shade yesterday was my first time coming in to get a pedicure and the receptionist and the elderly gentleman who did my pedicure was phenomenal. Affordable prices and great work will be back again.
I did not like the refill as I showed pictures to tech what I wanted and received different results. Shop was not packed and still felt like a job rushed, overpriced nail shop for no reason.
