The staff is so nice and very helpful. They truly care , it's easy to set appointments and they can do lab work in office. Dr.Sanchez takes time to talk with you and will answer any questions you have.

Everything was great at this clinic, but lately things are getting not so good, things happen and non intentional mistakes are made from time to time so this is a heads up, I went for a follow up appointment for my diabetes so I fasted for the blood work, appointment was at 10:15, two hours later I was still waiting, theys said they only had one doctor, and requested my patience, like this was my problem not theirs, they knew they would not have enough staff for the day, why would they schedule the same amount of patients to see with one third of doctors?? If it's a follow up, when the it's known what tests are needed why not at least have them done in advance when you get there?

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and by far I can say that all of their employees are wonderful caring and very attentive to the patients. This clinic is very unprofessional Doesn't tell you you have a follow up. Doesn't reschedule and waits for you to show up to a canceled appointment. This is becoming a common thing and they dont take any responsibility. I was supposed to have an appointment in November and never was called for it.

I had a problem with a referral order at a doctor who accepted all my information 8 days later I had an appointment I got there filled out their paperwork and they said oh we don't take your insurance. So I went back to Pan Americana family medicine clinic spoke to Irma and she was very sympathetic with my problem and she scheduled me a new referral order so thank you Irma.

No one ever answers the phone and the younger girl at the counter is super rude and unfriendly. Like if you’re going to be at the counter why have an attitude and be rude to patience. If you’re not a people person this isn’t the field for you.

My visit to the clinic was great. Secilia and Irma helped me very much on how to change my PCP and will definitely come back to talk to them. Other than that the personal at the office were very sweet and very patient.
