On time professional and quick
We had, what we considered, a difficult task keeping rats out of the attic. When we built this place the AC people left huge holes wherever the ducts entered the attic floor. We have lots of rat activity cuz we live on acreage & have animals. The rats were coming in the holes. We called Orkin & they were able to close off all the sites going into the attic. I thought the guys did a great job. Time will tell. I was impressed with the three men who did the job. It was a dirty one.
Orkin responded quickly to my distress call about rodents in my garage. An inspector came within a couple of days and scheduled the “exclusion services” I needed a few days after that. They’ve been professional and competent. I highly recommend.
