They came on a Sunday afternoon as I was having issues with my heater. The first freeze of the season was that evening into the next morning. Tomas, my technician, was prompt, professional, and walked me through everything. Now I won’t be cold in the morning. Optimal Air is my go to A/C and heating company!
Jose Rodriguez from Optimal Air Solutions came out yesterday afternoon due too a problem with the outdoor AC unit. After completing his checks he determined it was the computer board. The computer board was ordered and Jose returned the next day to replace the board. After checking everything the AC was working properly. He was very friendly and customer service oriented. He completed the repair in a timely manner and answered my questions about the system.
I would recommend Optimal Air Solutions and especially Jose for his customer service oriented friendly personality!
