I highly recommend Dana at Optim Physical Therapists. He was very knowledgeable and the treatment was very successful. I suffered from bursitis in my shoulder, and could hardly lift my arm when I first started the treatments. Now I have my full range of motion back. He listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain the issues and the treatment plan. Through hands-on manual manipulation and targeted exercises I improved every session. On top of his expertise he has a friendly personality with excellent bedside manner.

I was referred to Dana as he expressed familiarity with TMJ and my neck pain that was worsening because of it. He was very professional and thorough in assessing my situation and tackling the areas that needed improvement. I appreciated the variety of treatment he was able to provide from table work, to needling, then progressing into the gym as I got better. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Physical Therapist. I found Dana when looking at other Crossfits a couple of years ago. He gets to the root of the problem quickly, and it was super helpful that he also does Crossfit. He is familiar with all aspects of Crossfit and so he fully understands if you tell him that you hurt yourself doing a particular movement. I originally saw Dana for my hip, but since have seen him for my lower back as well. He works on all types of injuries and designs exercise programs to help speed up the recovery. I highly recommend Dana for any PT needs.
