Oaks Cleaners picked up my drapes and cleaned and hemmed them. There was an issue with the hemming, and I was concerned about getting this issue corrected and how long it would take and if I would have to pay extra. Danny, the manager, personally came to my house to address the issue. The drapes had to be re-hemmed in a few days in time for an event at my house. He had them redone and he returned personally to my house for the install to make sure they were done correctly. I also spoke to the owner during this process, and he, too, was very helpful.
