I visited a local Concentra near NRG park and was told that it would be a two hour wait before I could be seen for a work physical. I left and ended up coming to this location the next morning as I happened to have business in the area. The staff was incredibly kind and swift, even getting started a bit earlier than opening. I was in and out for my work physical within 30-45 minutes. Ramona was very kind and the NP was as well. Thank you so much for this positive experience!

They listen to patients and make changes to retest to confirm results. They were in my opinion profession. From the front desk to the testing. The Dr's were outstanding. Why, because they listen to the patients. I personally think they all should get a raise in pay. Good job Concentra! Walter.

All staff were very aware of their responsibilities; this awareness was demonstrated when my company paperwork or requested for a DOT Physical Ex contained an error that can not be correct by hand and I had to return to my work place and the document was correct; finally, great work for the Occupational Therapist, Mr. Barrier and his deep knowledge on his evaluation and utilization of the provided medical information I offered him to validate his desicion to renew my DOT Medical Card
