Thank goodness I found Dr. Molly and her staff after my vet retired. I was so lost, but Dr. Molly and her staff made me feel like family right away. They care so much about their patients/clients and are very sweet, informative and helpful. My kids Gracie and Keefer just love everyone there! That means a LOT to me too. 🥰

As 1st time bunny owners we struggled finding a vet for our bunny. Dr Alex and her staff were amazing! They were all so kind and patient. Snowball was in great hands.

I highly recommend this vet clinic for numerous reasons. Their whole team was so friendly and knowledgeable and I had a sense of peace being there with my fur baby, Winston. I was already a nervous wreck because he is my fur child and I was worried about complications, post surgery because of his breed (English Bulldog).

Unfortunately the vet clinic I tend to use couldn't resolve the issues Winston was having, so I had to look elsewhere. I called around and emailed several vet clinics to inquire about their surgery services. I received ballpark quotes that were exceedingly expensive for elongated soft palette and stenotic nares surgery. Then I remembered a friend of mine had taken her bulldog here for a different type of surgery and she highly recommended Northwest.

After speaking with the office manager, Jerilyn, I had a sense that I had found the right place even though I had not yet even been to their clinic. Upon meeting Dr. Molly, I was so much more at ease and could tell she knew what she was doing, not to mention she has a strong passion for what she does as a veterinarian. Some veterinarians I have met previously over the years, have not been so warm and compassionate. I didn't feel rushed during Winston's consultation or like I was wasting her time.

Ashley, the front receptionist, was delightful and so kind when I went to pick up my baby after his surgery. She explained all of the post op medicine with such patience and understanding.

I could go on and on, but let me just sum up and say look no further! This vet clinic is where I will be taking my fur babies from now on. Regardless that I live over an hour away and work for a veterinarian affiliated company.

P.S. - My total bill was even less than what I was ballpark quoted initially, so that was definitely an added bonus. Other vet clinics would've charged 3x times the amount that I ended up paying.
