Let me just say…I have been coming here for years and today was different…my husband and I came for routine pedicures…full set for myself and manicure for the hubby…well I had the pleasure of working with Bea and Larry…and let me say they went over and beyond…normally with my hands the techs force me into getting something I don’t want but she was very attentive and Larry he took his time with my pedicure and always asked about my experience and then Min who serviced my husband was extremely amazing he loved her …we will be back asking for these 3 individuals…overall experience was top tier
Where do I start... I searched up the closest nail salon. I needed a refill asap (walk-in). I was greeted by Valeria sweet and kind. Vincent comes from around the corner asked have I been help? I replied yes! just waiting on a tech he said give us a few and Tam should be with you? I said no worries ? he told me they are known for their customer service. He did not lie, from walking in to walking out. The warmth hospitality you receive with NOA Willowbrook was great ?
