Sharon is an incredible neuromuscular massage therapist. First, she is extremely kind , caring, and knowledgeable. She has helped my daughter, a college athlete, with several sessions that have helped pinpoint and alleviate knotted muscles. She has also given many tips on stretching and overall muscle health. Sharon is a top notch muscle therapist! I started seeing her over a year ago for frozen shoulder and I felt results after one session. She also treats my whole body for optimum results.
