I recently had all nine of my outdated wired smoke detectors replaced by Muk from Nextdoor Electric. I received incredible service throughout the process.
The office answered immediately when I called and set me up with an appointment the following day.
Muk showed up on time and was very kind. He explained in great detail everything he would be doing and why. He also provided a reasonable quote on the spot. Once I approved he went right to work and replaced all the bad units and thoroughly tested the new ones that same afternoon. He made sure to warn me and gave me some time to grab my headphones before testing.
Mukhtar was just here to fix an outlet that I had tried to replace. He patiently explained how to identify the wires (I had them crossed) and fixed it very quickly. When I asked how much I owed him, he checked with his office and told me there was no charge! I know it was a simple fix for him but it is very rare and refreshing to find a company of such high standards of fairness.
I highly recommend them for their excellent work and how they treat their customers.

Muk and Salat were highly professional in their work and they were quite knowledgeable of their trade. They gave reasonable and fair pricing for the work we desired and they recommended optimal solutions for our consideration. Our new Tesla wall charger was ideally installed and we were quite satisfied with their timely service. Job well done.
