Top notch patient care. Injured my toe at a holiday pool party for 4th of July. Scheduled within 5 hours and was seen by 9:45am the next day. From the radiology, attentiveness to my needs, to speed of service, I was pleased to know within minutes that I possibly had an adulation fracture or contusion. 15 minutes later I walked out knowing it was a contusion, with my toe dressed, and a note excusing me from work so that I can heal. I highly recommend!

My aunt was turned away. She has dual coverage which means Medicaid is 2ndry and no copay should be taken. They refuse services due non payment of copay will be filing a complaint to HHSC, this CMS no surprises. It needs to be investigated what is the network agreement for Next Level Urgent Care

If you are in the area, I would not entertain any other Urgent Care. Save yourself some time and choose them. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was a walk in patient and they were able to see me within a short time. Thank you

The office was clean. The front desk staff was courteous. The doctor addressed all of the issues I was having & answered all of my questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, & put me at ease. They have extremely flexible appointment schedules & I think you can walk in as well. I would definitely go back & tell people about this place, because it exceeded my expectations. A great experience overall.
