Dr. Alam is the best, she truly cares about her patients and tells you aspects of your eye health no other optometrist has ever told me. She goes above and beyond to help her patients and she pays great attention to detail. Dr. Alam puts thought into your prescription and thinks about what is going to be the smoothest transition for you, which eye will compensate for the other, all the nuances I’ve never thought of before. My mom and I both see her for our vision needs!
I have been seeing Dr. Alam for almost 20 years. She is heaven sent. My entire family (aunts, uncles, sister, brothers, husband) goes to her. She really cares and you can feel it each visit!
Visiting Dr Alam’s office as a new patient was the best intake I’ve ever experienced as a patient wearing glasses the last 28 years. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get my insurance issue with another clinic resolved before I walked into my appointment; which I made only 45 minutes beforehand! The review is 5 Stars because:
-Dr alam’s bedside manner is fantastic and she went to the trouble of carefully explaining from an expert’s POV what is occurring with my astigmatism and nearsightedness.
